Who am I?
I’m Ilana — based in New York, a mother of two, and endlessly curious about fashion beyond the surface.
I started this newsletter on instinct more than strategy. I simply wanted a place to think out loud about fashion — hoping to find others who love the same things.
I’m multilingual, have lived on three continents, and have visited 48 countries — experiences that have shaped how I notice details, patterns, and cultural shifts.
Some of my strongest fashion memories are of my grandmother’s colorful aprons throughout her life (who said Miu Miu?) and my mother’s oversized dark frames and accent earrings from the ’80s. That same mother (who, btw, danced at a Beatles concert!!), taught me how to shop: quality, once.
